Our building, at 49 Adelaide Street here in Winnipeg, has an interesting history. Its 4,400
square feet were once used to house livestock - it still has the original livestock ramps!
In later years, it was renovated to accommodate offices, and also a garment factory.
We purchased the property in 2008, and saw an opportunity to preserve a wonderful part of
Winnipeg's history with this building. We have, since then, developed it to house over 350
mini-storage units, and parking, in order to fulfill the storage needs of our friends and
neighbours here in town.
